Class Schedule
Before you get started with our group classes, you will be enrolled in two Mandatory Foundations Classes. These foundations classes are designed to help you develop movement expertise and stay injury-free.
The same daily workout is programmed for each class. So no matter what time you work out, and even if that time changes from week to week, you will get the same workout no matter when you show up.
